What are your shipping and handling charges?

We ship by priority mail We only ship by International Priority if you are not in the US because other methods are slower and less reliable. Our shopping cart does tend to overestimate shipping costs - if the costs seem too high, please E-mail us and we will double check it. Generally, you can figure that one yard of quilt fabric weighs approximately 4 oz.  One pound of quilt fabric is about 4 yards.

I am a member of the military - how can I get free shipping?

As long as you are using a military address, we will not charge you shipping.  Now, our shopping cart *WILL* charge you shipping as it doesn't recognize these addresses, but don't worry.  We will fix it at this end.  Just to be safe, you might want to mention the fact you are military in the "special comments" section.

How do I pay?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express both online and over the telephone.  Our toll free number, which works both in the US and in Canada, is 888-817-6577.  If you are overseas, please call our direct number, 518-875-9400.  Our fax number is 518-875-9401.  You can also send a check or money order to PO Box 273, Esperance NY  12066 or send us a Paypal.  Your credit card will reflect a charge from Quiltbug.
