The Book Block (Library Quilt) Paper Pieced Quilt Pattern by Winnowing Designs
The Book Block was designed for a block swap in 1994. Twenty-four quilters traded blocks and made bookshelf quilts. Every quilt was different because the quilters stocked their "shelves" in their special ways and used different fabrics to "build the case." The block can be conventionally pieced or paper pieced. The Bra Quilt Pattern by Winnowing Designs
The Bra Block is 12-inches by 12-inches finished size. Three different Bra Quilt designs are included in the pattern. Seven color pages make the instructions for the blocks and quilts very clear. Butterfly Dance Quilt Pattern by Winnowing Designs
Three dimensional butterflies in curves and arcs make this quilt a delight. The butterflies are secure in seams, not tacked on. Simple straight piecing is all that's required. Template pieced.
